Mask Decorating & Collective Grief

DCC Hosted

ASL | Captions | Covid testing required | Deaf Interpreters | Hybrid | Kits provided | Masks Required

Join the Disability Cultural Center and Senior Disability Action as we partner up to learn from and participate in the Collective Loss Adaptation Project (CLAP).  Together, we’ll process our collective grief and decorate masks in honor of disabled losses (both deaths and disenfranchised losses) that will be used in a future art installation honoring disabled grief in the pandemic. Kits will be mailed to virtual participants (requires registration by August 24) and provided at the Disability Cultural Center, 165 Grove St., for in-person attendees.
