Welcome to Liberation Lunches! A weekly space where you can show up exactly as you are and enjoy a meal, the DCC’s treat. We believe gathering together, meeting each other’s access needs, and nourishing our bodies are essential to creating collective liberation. So, whether you’re in a social mood or a solo mood, we’d love to have lunch with you! We order enough food for about 25 people, so make sure that you register if you plan to come!
This week we’ve ordered Nepalese food from Bini’s Kitchen. Please join us for Palungo Paneer (homemade paneer cheese, spinach sauteed with red chillies, garlic and Bini’s house spices), Yellow Daal (lentils cooked with ginger, garlic, Bini’s house spice blend, and finished with mustard seeds), Jeera Rice (yellow basmati rice seasoned with bayleaf, cumin, turmeric & cinnamon), and Nepali Roti (whole wheat pan fried flat bread.)
