Come meet the Bay Area International Deaf Dance Festival (BAIDDF) performers! Learn about their stories, culture, victories, struggles, and identities. There will be a Q&A for the Deaf artists. The BAIDDF is an annual event produced by Urban Jazz Dance Company that consists of performances and workshops highlighting the essential contributions Deaf and Hard of Hearing artists make to our community. This year, we have Deaf artists flying in from Botswana, Colombia, Jamaica, Italy, all over the U.S., and more. There will be a diversity of Sign Languages, including (but not limited to!) American, Botswana, Colombian, and Turkish Sign Languages.

This event is a partnership with Urban Jazz Dance Company and the San Francisco Disability Cultural Center. Both organizations will have access to the registration details. Your information will never be shared with a third party without your consent.

¡Ven a conocer a artistas del Bay Area International Deaf Dance Festival (BAIDDF por sus siglas en inglés)! Conoce sus historias, culturas, logros, desafíos e identidades. Habrá una sesión de preguntas y respuestas con artistas de la comunidad con sordez. El BAIDDF es un evento anual producido por Urban Jazz Dance Company, que incluye presentaciones y talleres que destacan las contribuciones esenciales de artistas de nuestra comunidad con sordez y con pérdida auditiva. Este año, participan artistas de nuestra comunidad con sordez que viajan desde Botsuana, Colombia, Jamaica, Italia, distintas regiones de Estados Unidos, ¡y más! Habrá una diversidad de lenguas de señas, incluyendo (pero no limitadas a) la lengua de señas estadounidense (ASL), botsuana, colombiana, y turca.

El evento es una colaboración entre Urban Jazz Dance Company y San Francisco Disability Cultural Center. Ambas organizaciones tendrán acceso a los datos de registro. Su información nunca será compartida con alguien externo sin su consentimiento.
