Description: We are so excited to welcome our third Fall 2026 facilitator Dominic Bradley for Echoes of the City: Disability Arts Exchange! This will be an art workshop on self and community archiving. Participants will collaborate in a digital platform like Weje to create a collective near-term vision board that will motivate them to create the kind of world they would like to see (this will be made permanently available for reference). Then, participants, guided by the facilitator, will use objects they can find around them to create a time capsule that includes information on skills, practices, and cultural knowledge they can bring to bear on manifesting that collective near-term vision. That time capsule will serve as a compass that they can revisit any time.
What to have: Journal and/or paper, writing materials, and art materials
Access: ASL available upon request (a week notice is required), closed captioning, bio breaks will happen at the hour, you are welcome to participate with camera on/off
