Cafe Crip is a monthly gathering to talk about important topics within our disability communities. Language Justice is a type of alchemy – when every person is honored, respected, and understood, we are an unstoppable force for creativity, organizing, and transformation. This month, let’s talk about how we can co-create Language Justice and realize our most radical imaginings. We send readings in advance, but they are optional, and there will be plenty of opportunities to jump in if your capacity doesn’t allow for reading them. Facilitator Bianca Laureano leads the group through community agreements and access principles to ensure everyone can join this informal community-building hangout.
