Event Organizer: Los Angeles Spoonie Collective

Event Description: Perfectionism can become a stopgap in creativity, passion, and especially in joy. Join us for “Letting Go of Perfectionism,” a workshop that will help you start to untangle learned ideas of what art “should” be or what it should look like. During this event, we will reclaim joy by taking the focus off the art and putting it on the storytelling instead. We will also discuss how to set up our art space for more accessible and carefree creative time. By the end of the event you will have your own short “scribble comic”. ASL interpretation available upon request.
